Things you can do during quarantine

And now the fast paced life has been stopped now for some days. I know most of you felt like a prisoner at home. Some people have undergone into depression and some still trying to figure out how they can spend their day while staying at home. And here i come up with the things that you can do to keep yourself busy and self occupied : 1.  Daily workout   yes, yes we all have excuses in our daily routine that we cannot find out time for physical exercises. But guys trust me don't waste time now, you still have chance to build a proper physique and take care of your health. Do yoga or exercises to improve your mental and physical health. It will improve your immune system and helps you to fight most of the disease(will also help you to fight corona).
