Things you can do during quarantine

And now the fast paced life has been stopped now for some days.
I know most of you felt like a prisoner at home. Some people have undergone into depression and some still trying to figure out how they can spend their day while staying at home.

And here i come up with the things that you can do to keep yourself busy and self occupied :

1. Daily workout 
yes, yes we all have excuses in our daily routine that we cannot find out time for physical exercises.
But guys trust me don't waste time now, you still have chance to build a proper physique and take care of your health. Do yoga or exercises to improve your mental and physical health. It will improve your immune system and helps you to fight most of the disease(will also help you to fight corona).
And once you will bring it in a habit you can continue the same in your daily routine.

2. Spend time with family
Now we have plenty of time to spend with our family. So don't just waste it, find out your old albums or photos and spread the love or share memories with your family.
Or else you can play indoor games with your family.



3. Clean and decorate your home
well you know its the best time you can do dusting of your house. You can decorate the house with all the things you currently having (like the one you used when Diwali comes). This will generate positive vibes and will make you feel good.

4. Hobbies
Let your creativity explore now. You always find lack of time earlier for your hobbies but now you can do that. All the hobbies you can do while staying indoor. You might like painting, dancing, singing, reading novels or books, playing any instrument or cooking.



5. Learn new language
Leaning new language improves memory, sharpens the mind and gives the ability for multi tasking. Well if this interests you, then what are you waiting for? just go for it. You can learn any language you like Spanish, French, German etc. I personally follow 'Duolingo' app to learn Spanish.

6. Watching historical TV series (Ramayan and Mahabharat)
I know you might be thinking why didn't i mention other TV series or web series, why this only?
So my answer is : These series will help you to learn good things and ethics. Trust me you will learn a lot while watching this. I personally watch Mahabharat TV series in hotstar.


well these are the things I personally believe that will help you to deal with quarantine period. But if you come up with any interesting thing that one can do during this period just mention in the comments.
